My new book, “Breaking Through When Feeling Stuck … And Not Getting Stuck Again<\/a><\/em><\/strong>“, has officially been released in both Kindle and paperback editions. It is 125 pages, and includes exercises in the appendix that help you document and track your progress of getting unstuck … and staying that way. A Free 25 Page PDF Workbook<\/a> is available as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This has been a long journey of re-writes and editing, but it is finally polished enough that I was confident it is ready to made public. I had almost gotten to this point several times, where I ordered what I thought was the final draft copy, only to find several things that needed tweaking … and I did that three times! That’s all fine and great because one of the things I have learned is that time is on my side, so there is no reason to rush something … just allow yourself to feel what would be helpful, and just follow those thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a lot of work to do now on promoting the book, and setting up a workshop routine and perhaps a few videos, but I will keep you posted on that … and then there’s the next book … I feel it brewing, but that’s a post for later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
