Until stated otherwise, every Thursday night at 10:00 PM EST, David Nelmes [ that’s me 🙂 ] will initiate a FREE group distance energy healing that will include anyone who shares this offer ( Facebook, etc.), responds in the comments section the week leading up to that Thursday, or simply chooses within themselves that they would like to be included. Sharing, signing up or setting an intention to be added is sufficient in that it is an act of acceptance. Spirit knows who you are and what you need and I will tap into that. (note: was originally scheduled for 8PM but had to change the time due to scheduling conflicts)
It isn’t necessary that you do anything specific during the healing. You could just go about your life as usual. This will have no negative effect on the results, however, if you would like to join in and sit quietly or meditate for 30 minutes during the session, you may experience some of the healing activity as fuzzy feelings in your head, heart or wherever healing is happening. When doing that, your own healing energy might also be added to the group and you would be part of helping others heal as well.
This activity is similar to the healings I already do as part of a paid service, although they are individual sessions with a specific focus on what is best for you. For anyone interested in that form of session, please see our Healing Services page.

The intention during each energy healing session will be to provide you with whatever is best for your spirit, mind and body. This will result in releasing what is not helping you, and attracting that which will help you.
