Sessions & Courses
All sales are considered final. The sessions and courses we provide are very clearly described, so if there is something you are not clear about prior to making a purchase, we suggest you pause on making the purchase and contact us with your questions or concerns.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds on scheduled sessions or for courses that have been started.
- Sessions cannot be cancelled, however, they can be rescheduled or even gifted to somebody else if given 24 hours prior notice of the scheduled start-time.
- Once an On-Site Appointment is late by 15 minutes without attempts to contact me about being late, it changes from an On-Site appointment to a Distance Appointment and I will perform the session that way. Your service will be concluded and therefore there will be no refunds or further
attempts at rescheduling for that appointment.
- If technical difficulties occur that prevent a Distance with Live Zoom Session from running as planned, you will be given the option to either immediately change the session to a standard Distance Session, or reschedule the session to a time where it is
believed any future technical difficulties will have been resolved.
- Once a course has started, it can be cancelled only if there is a clear issue with not being able to receive the emails or perform the downloads through our automated system.
Physical Products
All sales include a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee” . This is not an unconditional guarantee. Conditions do apply.
- Product must be damaged upon receipt, the wrong product, the wrong size, or the wrong requested variation in order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Products damaged through improper use do not qualify.
- Product replacement will always be attempted prior to providing a refund.
- Customer must pay for return shipping.
One note to add about sales is in reference to any sale we recommend through links to Amazon or a similar outside supplier. We have no direct connection to these vendors since the sale is not made through us, so if there is an issue with a product we referred, you must work with the vendor that you actually made payment through.
