What Are the Reiki Chakra Healing Cards?

Why David Created These Cards
These Reiki Chakra Healing Cards grew out of David Nelmes’ work as a Reiki Master and spiritual growth coach. During Reiki sessions, clients would often receive guidance about a chakra that needed extra care, but spoken guidance can be easy to forget once someone leaves the session.
David wanted a simple way for clients to continue the healing focus at home. A take-home chakra card could remind them which chakra came up during the session, what affirmation to work with, what kind of meditation to use, and which supportive tools could help them stay connected to the healing intention.
That same idea also made the cards useful for Reiki classes and group settings. Instead of only explaining the chakras verbally, practitioners and teachers could place a simple, visual reference in each person’s hands.
